Pet Ownership in Eston: What You Need to Know

If you own a cat or dog in the Town of Eston, here are a few important guidelines:

• Pet Registration:
  All cats and dogs must be registered with the Town. Registration is a one-time fee of $5 and includes a pet tag. This tag helps us quickly return your pet to you if it is found at large.

• Restricted Breeds:
  If your pet is a restricted breed, please review our Animal Control Bylaw and related policies for specific requirements and responsibilities.

• Urban Hens
  If you are interested in keeping hens within town limits, you must read the Urban Hen Policy and submit an application to Council for approval before proceeding.
