About SK Recycles
SK Recycles is Saskatchewan's province-wide residential packaging and paper recycling program. The program collects recyclable materials from homes and depots, where they are sorted and processed into new products instead of ending up in landfills.
What Happens to Your Recycling?
Collected – Materials are picked up from homes and depots.
Delivered – They are transported to a recycling facility.
Sorted – Paper, cardboard, metals and plastics are separated.
Processed – Materials are prepared for manufacturing.
Repurposed – Recycled materials become new products such as containers, packaging, paper products and building materials.
