The Executive works together to make decisions in the best interests of all players and families while following Hockey Saskatchewan regulations and the Association's Constitution and Policies.
EMHA is committed to:
- Providing a positive hockey experience for every player
- Supporting volunteers, coaches, and officials
- Promoting respect, inclusion, and sportsmanship
- Ensuring transparent and accountable decision-making
- Focusing on long-term player development rather than a win-at-all-cost mentality
