Residential Land: The town has at present several town owned lots available for $200 along with an tax incentive for new building.

SEWAGE
There is a Class One sewage lagoon with a capacity of 113,000 gallons per day. The lagoon is located approximately one mile east of town.
WATER
The Town of Eston gets its water from the EK water line that receives its water from wells located close to the South Saskatchewan River. It is treated by chlorination, filtration and flocculation. The water treatment plant has the treating capacity of 200 gallons per minute. The distribution capacity of the pumping unit is adequate to provide a pressure of approximately 40 psi.
